Software Engineering Sr Manager

• 12+ years of professional machine learning engineering exp
• 5+ years leading teams that design and deliver complex SW engineering and groundbreaking research projects
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with a tangible impact on the direction of product
• Strong organizational skills and experience working with large, diverse teams
• Strong in Computer Science and Machine Learning fundamentals, Networking Basics, engineering principles, and development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Provide technical leadership/take accountability for engineering quality
• Drive definition and adoption of engineering standard methodologies
• Drive innovation in production-grade systems
• Proven leader who’s continued to build teams that ship from the ground up, including positioning them well to continue to ship iteratively post-launch

Minimum Salary: $179,200.00

Maximum Salary:$257,600.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $179,200.00 and $257,600.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
