We are seeking a Sr. Analyst, Subvention to play a key role in Lucid Financial Services’ expansion and operations. This is a critical role that requires excellent analytical skills, communication skills, and financial modelling skills.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Forecast subvention program costs of lease and loan subvention programs 
• Forecast program volume based on historical take rates and forecasted delivery volume
• Report on a weekly and monthly basis to all stakeholders Lucid’s incentive spend 
• Operationalize monthly and ad-hoc incentive programs via co-ordination with marketing, legal, IT, and vendor partners
• Work closely with the Sales team on incentives planning, including managing the deadlines for LFS tasks in the incentives launch process
• Co-ordinate with accounting and vendor partners to reconcile monthly incentive bills
• Develop and refine the incentive bulletin creation & updating process
• Conduct market research of competitive incentive offers and benchmark Lucid programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent degree
• 4+ years experience in finance or related fields, preferably in automotive lending
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
• Highly analytical mindset with competence in leveraging data to provide insights
• Must be able to multi-task, be flexible, and perform in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.·       California (Bay Area) - $96,000 – $132,000 Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
