What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care using your full range of technical skills (sample collection, venipuncture, catheter placement, radiology, dental radiographs, etc.)
- Support veterinarians during preventative care, sick visits, and emergencies
- Assist with surgeries and procedures—including anesthetic induction/monitoring, pre- and post-op care, and surgical suite prep
- Educate and support pet parents while advocating for your patients
- Keep accurate, detailed medical records
- Mentor teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture
- Continue expanding your skills and knowledge every day
What We’re Looking For
- Active Registered Veterinary Technician license (required)
- 1+ year of small animal clinical experience preferred
- Strong technical knowledge and medical math proficiency
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay calm under pressure
- Team-oriented, positive, and compassionate attitude
- Comfortable lifting/restraining pets up to 40 lbs and being on your feet throughout the day
