Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)

You’ll partner closely with our veterinarians, provide hands-on nursing care, and build lasting connections with our clients. What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care using your full range of technical skills (sample collection, venipuncture, catheter placement, radiology, dental radiographs, etc.)
• Support veterinarians during preventative care, sick visits, and emergencies
• Assist with surgeries and procedures—including anesthetic induction/monitoring, pre- and post-op care, and surgical suite prep
• Educate and support pet parents while advocating for your patients
• Keep accurate, detailed medical records
• Mentor teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture
• Continue expanding your skills and knowledge every day

What We’re Looking For

• Active Registered Veterinary Technician license (required)
• 1+ year of small animal clinical experience preferred
• Strong technical knowledge and medical math proficiency
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay calm under pressure
• Team-oriented, positive, and compassionate attitude
• Comfortable lifting/restraining pets up to 40 lbs and being on your feet throughout the day
