Vestas Power Solutions (VPS) is where new product ideas are developed, matured, improved, and tested. Within Vestas Power Solutions (VPS), you'll find our department, Control HW Project Management, as part of Applications, Controls & Electrical.<br/>
The Control Hardware Project Management team comprises skilled Project Managers and Planners with extensive experience and diverse backgrounds. They operate across various portfolios, including Platform, technology, and legacy projects. This department is a component of the Control Hardware organization, which is responsible for delivering turbine Hardware infrastructure encompassing Electronics, Cables, Sensors, Panels, and Power supplies. With a significant emphasis on continuous improvement, the team aims to optimize their work processes. The department combines both Technology development and Project execution aspects.</p>

<p>Responsibilities<br/>
Your primary responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Ensuring the delivery of projects and programs within specified time, cost, quality, scope, risk, and benefit parameters</li>
<li>Planning, managing, executing, and controlling projects in accordance with Vestas Governance, while providing regular reports to relevant stakeholders</li>
<li>Ensuring alignment with a diverse range of project stakeholders along the value chain</li>
<li>Establishing an effective project organization with a significant emphasis on governance and project leadership</li>
<li>Managing project risks effectively to mitigate potential issues and challenges</li>
<li>Developing, optimizing, and automating regular project and portfolio reporting processes</li>
<li>Overseeing projects and programs aimed at developing innovative Control Hardware solutions, including Electronics, Cables, Sensors, Panels, and SCADA systems</li>
</ul>

<p>Qualifications</p>
<ul>
<li>Graduation or Master's degree in a relevant academic field, such as Engineering or Business</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in managing medium to high complexity R&D projects within a matrix organization, involving multi-disciplinary and multicultural teams</li>
<li>Ideally, possess recognized Project Management accreditation, such as PRINCE2, PMI, or similar</li>
<li>Good language skills in English, both verbal and written</li>
<li>Proficient in using project management tools like MS Project and JIRA</li>
<li>Experience in delivering projects using the Stage Gate Model. (Beneficial)</li>
