Job Description:

Acts as an experienced individual contributor in the execution of Pharmaceutical Product R&D projects. Individually designs and conducts complex experiments, analyzes experimental data and troubleshoots complex problems as they arise. Builds partnership with other scientific disciplines to evaluate new product information and makes recommendations on product improvement. Collaborates cross-department to identify opportunities, build business cases and perform the work necessary to realize product and process improvements. Implements research and development protocols to ensure activities comply with industry, company, quality, and regulatory expectations. Presents data with scientific conclusions and next steps in a business context. Concludes and decides on research activities and data. Screens new technologies and methodologies. Contributes to scientific community (posters, lectures at conferences, contributes to scientific papers in peer reviewed journals). Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities. Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
