FT RN Team Lead: 9-Shifts Per/Pay, Evenings, including every other weekend & every other holiday rotation

Job Summary:

1. Oversee nursing activities and assignments;
2. organize and assign responsibilities based on resident population, staff qualifications, and physical structure.
3. Oversee and monitor aides in resident care based on job requirements and resident expectations. 
4. Regularly check on residents, administer medications, provide treatments, consult with physicians, and respond to emergencies. 
5. Ensure care and services meet all regulatory requirements. 
6. Demonstrate ethical leadership, exemplifying the UZRC Core Values. 
7. Facilitate team members’ success, observe, interpret, apply, and enforce policies and procedures., assist in staff training, problem-solving, and maintain records of residents’ conditions, medications, and treatments.
8. Flexible, caring, and ability for harmonious working relationships.

1. Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
2. Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
3. Register Nurse by Board of Examiners in PA, in good standing.
4. Completed pharmacology course.
5. Current CPR Certification
