This role focuses on <b>benefits administration, reporting, and HR input for payroll</b>, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional employee experience.</p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Do</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Prepare monthly benefits reports and provide accurate HR input for payroll (e.g., enrollments, modifications, disenrollments).</p></li><li><p>Support audits and annual processes (e.g., UK P11D, vendor testing).</p></li><li><p>Liaise with benefit vendors and manage related invoices.</p></li><li><p>Respond to benefits queries via ServiceNow and act as an advisor.</p></li><li><p>Run HR reports and assist with payroll-related queries for Romania.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to projects such as open enrollment and vendor implementations.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What We’re Looking For</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p><b>Experience:</b> 1+ year in HR Operations, ideally with ServiceNow and Workday (or similar systems).</p></li><li><p><b>Benefits Knowledge:</b> Familiarity with insured benefits (medical, dental, pensions) and invoice processing; UK/European experience is a plus.</p></li><li><p><b>Payroll Input:</b> Previous exposure to HR-to-payroll processes; Romania knowledge is an advantage.</p></li><li><p><b>Technical Skills:</b> Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation); PowerPoint basics.</p></li><li><p><b>Language:</b> Fluent English (B2-C1); a second language is a bonus.</p></li><li><p><b>Personal Traits:</b> Organised, inquisitive, tenacious, and employee-focused with strong communication skills.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Why Join Us?</b></p><ul><li><p>Be part of a collaborative global HR team.</p></li><li><p>Gain exposure to benefits operations across multiple countries.</p></li><li><p>Opportunity to work on projects that shape employee experience.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Ready to make a difference?
