What You Will Do:

• Assist in the development and management of the Engagement Delivery Framework.

• Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of the framework, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and effectively meets client needs.

• Help in the implementation of tools and templates designed to standardize and improve client engagement processes.

• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of engagement strategies and contribute to making improvements based on data-driven insights.

• Support the development and management of a global Voice of the Customer program.

• Assist in the collection and analysis of client feedback to gauge client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure the effective implementation of the Engagement Delivery Framework and Voice of the Customer initiatives.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university plus 4+ years of professional experience OR 8+ years of professional experience in lieu of degree.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Basic to intermediate experience with MS Office Suite to include SharePoint and Teams

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience in client services, project management, or a similar role.

• Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance

The annual salary range for this position is $75,800.00-$113,600.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
