About you

You are about to graduate from Labor Relations, Organizational Psychology or equivalent and are looking for a fast-paced company in which to complete your curricular or extracurricular internship. You are a fast learner, have a hands on approach and thrive in an international environment.

About your day-to-day:

• Support HR team to revise and update existing HR policies and procedures.

• Support the HR Generalist to manage leaves, vacation requests and other leaves.

• Review and update employees’ documentation.

• Help with the migration of our HRIS.

• Support the onboarding process (request documentation, email accesses…) and coordinate with the Talent team to ensure a smooth first day for our new joiners.

• Follow-up on employees’ queries about benefits, perks or other HR matters.

• Support the HR Generalist in day-to-day tasks.

Requirements

This is for you if you have

• Solid verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English (other languages a plus)

• Highly organized and able to handle fast-changing needs

• Proactive and engaging to ensure our processes are always updated and efficient

• Able to work under pressure and with uncertainty

• Familiarity with Spanish Law and Convenios Colectivos

Education

• BSc in Labour Relationships, Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field
