Description:

Manages the application development process of multiple projects and applications, including highly complex ones.

Partners with business leaders and senior members of the IT team, ensuring proper communications and project reviews with stakeholders.

Understands business processes and ensures the end result is accepted by clients.

Works with technical colleagues to understand problems with software and develops specifications to resolve them; Influences the technology decisions for complex products and implements solutions.

Resolves issues with applications and makes recommendations for improvements and enhancements.

Ensures timeliness and adherence to agreed deliverables; Provides direction and oversees application scope, implementation and quality is maintained.

Manages, coaches, develops, and provides feedback to members of the team; Conducts performance appraisals, fosters employee development, make changes to the team as appropriate.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $108,700 to $190,300.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
