• Signing Bonus: $25,000

• Practice Location: Mountain Home, Arkansas

• Schedule: Full-Time, 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday 8a-4p)

• DDS or DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or residency program

• Active Arkansas state dental license or ability to obtain

• Open to candidates requiring relocation
