This role performs preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and ensure consistent production output.</p> <p>Experience supporting digital printing systems is strongly preferred. Candidates with experience maintaining large-format printers, CNC equipment, automated sewing machinery, or similar industrial systems are encouraged to apply. This position may be filled at a mid-level or senior level depending on experience and technical capability.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <p><strong>Equipment Maintenance &amp; Troubleshooting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform preventative maintenance on digital textile printers, CNC cutting systems, sewing&nbsp;machines, compressors, and related production equipment</li> <li>Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical (including 3-phase power), pneumatic, and&nbsp;hydraulic systems</li> <li>Troubleshoot equipment failures to identify root causes and restore operations quickly</li> <li>Conduct operational testing and calibration to ensure optimal equipment performance</li> <li>Support installation, modification, and improvement of new and existing machinery</li> </ul> <p><strong>Facility Systems Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain compressed air systems, HVAC filtration, lighting, and other facility&nbsp;infrastructure</li> <li>Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Documentation &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Utilize CMMS software (e.g., UpKeep) to track work orders and preventative maintenance&nbsp;tasks</li> <li>Maintain spare parts in
