A Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the adherence of products or processes to established quality standards. This role involves designing and implementing quality engineering measures, conducting test script review, analyzing test data for, and actively contributing to the development of robust quality products. Quality Engineers collaborate with cross-functional teams, design tests, and work towards continuous improvement to enhance overall product or process quality. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are integral to fulfilling this role successfully.
What you will do:
- A Quality engineer job duties typically include designing and implementing quality control processes, conducting product inspections, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement in ensuring product adherence to standards in fronted and Backend
- Design and execute tests to ensure products meet industry standards – functional and automated (automated mindset)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and explore new frameworks
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive quality management system
- Work towards continuous improvement in overall product quality
- Utilize strong analytical skills to assess and enhance quality processes
- Pay meticulous attention to detail during quality assessments
- Mentor Associate Quality Engineers regularly, facilitating knowledge transfer within the team
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field
- 4+ years of prior testing experience including creating data and execution test for performance testing and accessibility testing
- Knowhow of Karate Framework
- Strong understanding of STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) principles, validation REST APIs using tools like Postman, READY API, or Hoppscotch and maintaining of scripts in GitHub
- Knowledgeable in agile and testing methodologies and industry standards
- Knowledge of SQL

Base Salary Range
