Position Overview:
The Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Child Support Services (CSS) - Bureau of Policy and Program Support is seeking to hire a highly qualified and motivated professional to join our Data Reconciliation team in the role of Child Support Specialist II. Under general direction, performs professional accounting work for the more complex child support accounts. Performs professional accounting work on reports produced relating to data quality on the statewide database systems. Assist supervisor and other statewide database systems staff in resolving a variety of statewide database systems accounting and case participants data quality issues. Reconciles the more complex child support accounts with a variety of related accounts and with other Division of Child Support Services (CSS) units.
The ideal candidate will have excellent mathematical, communication, organizational, and analytical skills to be successful in performing the operations of the Data Reconciliation team.
