The Role

About the Position

We are seeking a Costa Mesa-based Product Manager to champion our Fisher & Paykel Dish & Refrigeration product lines. The Product Manager for DCS will report directly to the North American VP of Product Management. We are seeking a courageous and passionate product line leader that understands the levers required to deliver profitable growth of the product line and deliver a world-class end-to-end customer experience.

You Will:

• Be responsible for the planning and execution of product line portfolio/s in the market, including new product introductions, portfolio optimization, and pricing ensuring alignment with global imperatives and growth aspirations.
• Ensures appropriate stakeholder management approaches are taken with all channels (retail, builder, marketing, and operations) to ensure cross-functional alignment to deliver to the plan.
• Ensures disciplined and effective execution of those plans, including identified priority changes.
• Takes personal responsibility for tracking and reporting on progress to drive delivery to plan.
• Provides regular reporting updates on product line performance to the Executive Management and as well as across the local and global Market Group.
• Provides regular, robust market insights of product line to Global Product Managers (GPM) - providing top-level opportunities in-market & contributing to proposals of recommendations for existing & new products.
• Keeps current with competitor landscape, their position in the market, their strengths & weaknesses, and market changes/factors that contribute to forecasts, and decisions to proactively respond & target competitor activity.

You Have:

• 5 years of Product Management experience in a fast-paced environment
• AHAM working knowledge preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, SFDC

The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000. This range is a guideline and may not reflect your exact offer. Factors considered when extending an offer include (but are not limited to) education, experience, relevant skills, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
