The Job:

As a Sr Manager, Tools & Outdoor Strategy, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:
  • Lead the development, execution, and refinement of long-term growth strategies aligned with the organization’s vision and objectives.
  • Own the end-to-end strategic planning process, developing recommendations for future enhancements and engaging cross-functional partners.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure strategic success across priorities.
  • Synthesize and communicate complex strategic priorities spanning multiple brands and regions to senior leadership and internal teams.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and internal capabilities to identify growth opportunities and threats.
  • Manage and optimize yearly competitive analysis, soliciting input from stakeholders across all functions.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration for seamless implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to safeguard strategic initiatives while fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Partner with internal Strategy & Insights Team to develop standardized views for situation analysis.
  • Lead change management efforts, developing training and support materials to enable successful organizational transitions.

The Person:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience developing and executing long-term strategies across cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, financial drivers, and industry trends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data for informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with executives and diverse stakeholder groups.

The base pay range for this position in California, Colorado, Washington, New York, Massachusetts, and Maryland is $95,600 - $145,000 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
