Pricing Analyst (Temp until Oct 24, 2025) Mon-Fri (40hrs/week) Remote

FlexStaff is excited to offer a temporary opportunity for a Pricing Analyst to support our esteemed Client, a leading global distributor of healthcare products and services. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Temporary assignment until October 24, 2025

What You'll Do:
As a Pricing Analyst, you'll play a vital role in ensuring cost integrity for an assigned group of suppliers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing supplier pricing to maintain system accuracy
• Updating item costs and selling prices
• Reviewing pricing reports
• Conducting daily research and resolving invoice discrepancies

Who You Are:
The ideal candidate will possess:

• 5+ years of experience in price analytics, cost changes, and supplier negotiations for price increase extensions
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

JOB DUTIES:

• Manage price changes for assigned suppliers and assess their financial impact.
• Analyze price changes, report variances, and communicate impacts to Marketing and Purchasing teams.
• Improve pricing accuracy and analyze supplier performance through exception reporting and data analytics.
• Coordinate with the buying team to align pricing and purchasing systems for optimal cost savings and compliance with supplier requirements.
• Utilize a solid understanding of the purchasing system for effective management.
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of price changes, including pricing logs and follow-ups.
• Initiate and assist in negotiations with suppliers regarding price adjustments and extensions.
• Oversee and resolve invoice discrepancies, identifying causes to prevent future issues.
• Work with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing.
• Review key pricing reports to ensure system accuracy regarding costs and adjustments.
• Engage in special projects and perform additional duties as needed.
