Description
Lead and inspire a team of nurses driving whole-person care and wellness across your region.This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 40 hours weekly. This candidate will cover nurses in Jefferson and neighboring counties, as well as Poplar Bluff and Cape Girardeau. *Remote position open to Missouri Residents only.
The Regional Nursing Director – DD Health Home is a key leader within the DD Health Home team, guiding and supporting Nurse Care Managers to deliver high-quality, integrated care. This role blends clinical leadership, team development, and quality improvement to ensure individuals receive coordinated, person-centered services that promote health, independence, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and administrative leadership to a regional team of Nurse Care Managers
- Promote integration of physical and behavioral health, with a focus on prevention and wellness
- Partner with clinical leadership to align DD Health Home services with broader organizational programs
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and performance standards
- Oversee staffing, supervision, and professional development of nursing team members
- Facilitate regular team meetings, supervision, and coaching to support staff success
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation and compliance with all regulatory and program requirements
- Monitor enrollment and service capacity, supporting efficient transitions and continuity of care
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, including consultants and leadership teams, to enhance care delivery and staff training
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• Associate degree in nursing required• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
Work Experience/Training/Additional Requirements
• At least two (2) years of clinical supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in the IDD field preferred
Licensure/Certification
RN licensed in Missouri required
