Description
Job Summary:
creative werks partners with Top 100 food brands to bring their products to market through our design, co-packing and manufacturing services. The Senior Sales Associate will serve as a critical part of the Sales & Marketing team having ownership for the oversight of assigned accounts with a focus on cultivating organic account growth and generating new business opportunities. The individual contributor role will field inbound leads and foster client relationships through creative problem-solving, pitching new ways to partner and providing top-level client service.
Responsibilities of the Position:
- Own and develop account strategy on a portfolio of roughly $10–$15 million which includes driving organic growth and bringing in new business solutions
- Build a deep, foundational understanding of creative werks’ capabilities through job shadowing, marketing collateral and product offerings to capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate internally with Creative, Finance, Marketing, Sales and Operations to develop compelling, strategic and opportunistic deliverables for growth execution and wins in new business
- Partner closely with Project Management team to ensure a clean transition from Sales to operational execution
- Field inbound Request For Quotes/Inquiry (RFI)
- Leverage HubSpot CRM to track deal progress as well as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and trade organization connections to research key decision-makers with assigned account base
- Participate in necessary client calls to field questions and serve as account escalation point
- Support business development leadership by building out Sales reports and / or generating Client Strategic Plans
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Sound proficiencies in CRMs, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Exceptional presentation, written and verbal skills with the ability to articulate objectives and capabilities in virtual or in-person settings
- Self-starter, persistent and comfortable working autonomously and with teams to move business and projects forward
- Ambitious, driven, and enthusiastic about food and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
- Passion for sales and driven to grow assigned accounts/prospects
- Curiosity and an appetite for to learn the business and improve the sales process
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Economics, Marketing or related discipline
- 2–5 Years of Sales and/or Account Management experience
- Background in food or manufacturing a plus but not required

The approved annualized base compensation range for this role is established at $80,000 - $100,000. Final offer amounts will be determined based on candidate skills, qualifications, experience and domain expertise.
