The Position

Patient Journey Partner

As an empowered expert with decision-making authority, you will represent Roche within the ecosystem, collaborating closely with all stakeholders involved in the patient journey in the neurology area. Your efforts will primarily focus on the Łódź Voivodeship, where you will work to deeply understand stakeholder needs and leverage Roche’s capabilities to deliver meaningful solutions.

This role differs from traditional functions like Commercial/Sales or Medical Affairs. It does not involve profitability targets, sales objectives, or incentive-driven goals, ensuring your efforts remain centered on creating value for patients and stakeholders in the neurological field.

The opportunity

  • A senior level position, central within Roche and with strong decision power

  • Acting as a trusted partner and the primary point of contact between stakeholders and Roche. The PJP shares the patient and stakeholder community needs internally, and prioritizes and secures resources to offer fast and effective solutions

  • Guiding Roche’s healthcare products through their lifecycle and supporting their appropriate use, sharing their merits with Healthcare Professionals

  • Managing expertise and resources both on a local level as well as within the network in collaboration with other PJPs of different countries, and with colleagues across the Roche Group

  • Ensuring great experiences whenever stakeholders engage with Roche employees, products, and services

 Who you are

  • Expert passionate about improving patient journeys and creating value in the healthcare ecosystem, with system thinking to co-create solutions and achieve better health outcomes for patients.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional partnering skills (coaching, consulting, listening, and questioning).

  • Growth mindset: quick learner, adaptable, self-directed, and bold decision-maker, with integrity in all actions. Proactively stops activities that don’t add value while leveraging networks for knowledge sharing and scaling.

  • Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement, including partnerships with Therapeutic Area Experts (TAEs) and organizations; experience with Patient Advocacy Groups (PAGs) is highly desirable. Strong experience working in cross-functional teams and applying agile ways of working.

  • Deep knowledge of neurological patient journeys and treatments, enabling engagement at a specialist level, combined with a robust understanding of Roche’s portfolio, pipeline, and medical affairs strategies (e.g., clinical research).

  • Strong business acumen and expertise in commercialization, medical, and customer experience excellence.

  • Fluent in Polish and English to collaborate effectively across the broader Roche organization

  • You are located in Łódź Voivodeship

 
Nice to have

  • Experience in the area of neurology

  • University degree (scientific, economic, or business degree). An advanced degree in Life science and/or MBA  is a plus.

  • Practical understanding of digital innovation methodologies
