Our Foster Care program is ready to hire a Program Manager for our foster care and adoption programs.
We are looking for compassionate, energetic, and dependable individual that is committed to supporting families and improving the lives of youth in Foster Care.
In this role you will spend most of your time supporting Supervisors and Specialists in their roles of working with Kinship and Community families through Child Crisis Arizona’s supportive services such as licensing, adoption, courtesy supervision, guardianship, and navigation. You will assist by partnering with the Department of Child Safety and other stakeholders, through collaboratively advocating to ensure a safe and familiar home environment for youths. You will be responsible for coaching, supervision, onboarding, annual evaluations of direct reports, attending supportive meetings with internal and external partners. You will collaborate with Program Director in process improvement, strategic initiatives, key performance indicators and matters of compliance.QualificationsTO BE CONSIDERED YOU MUST HAVE:
Experience in foster care and adoption services
Five years of supervisory experience
Knowledge of and experience with DCS and supportive stakeholders
The ability to pass a background and drug screen test
A Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
A Bachelor’s Degree
The ability to work five 8-hour shift, and reliable transportation
Multitasking and time management skills
Critical thinking skills
A passion for supporting and engaging with families and youth
YOU ARE A STAR CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE/ARE THE ABOVE AND:
Bilingual
Notary Certification
Program development and process improvement experience
Experience in working with/in behavioral health, OLR, and/or DCS
