Responsibilities
- Provide accounting assistance to the team according to the global payment operational rules and procedures, meet the operational needs related to payment channels, and support the smooth operation of the business.
- Assist the team in interpreting and applying accounting standards by monitoring and analyzing the relevant transaction data of responsible payment channels, and support channel transaction optimization in order to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Enhance end-to-end accounting processes for the global payment operational projects.
- Support the service capabilities and product characteristics of the payment channels, draft and optimize the channel's operation SOP according to the needs of the operation process, optimize the business process, and improve business efficiency.
- Fully support the monthly settlement and reconciliation of the responsible payment channels and properly handle the daily error handling.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to complete other project implementations related to payment channels.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
- Preparing corporate financial statements including monthly profits and loss statement, cash flow, and balance sheet statements following US GAAP rules;
- Executing accounting duties including bookkeeping, transaction posting, adjust and reconciliations, and timely closing;
- Monitoring the accounting and finance status by preparing accounts payable aging report and revenue and expense trends report, and optimizing the process for payables, receivables, budgeting, and cost control; and
- Performing accounting and financial data analysis to support management extract data from corresponding reports and data base using Microsoft Office and Excel.

Salary Range: $123864 - $198445 per year
