What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to report to the Vice President of Pricing. This position will be part of the Product team, which partners with all company functions to generate data-driven value for critical decision-making. The Senior Product Analyst role is key in reaching the company’s goals for growth and expansion.

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will play a key role in driving profitability across SentinelOne products. This role will bring together product and sales data to be an analytical resource for Product Management decision-making around roadmap decisions, packaging, sales plays and promotions.

This role will be the owner of a monthly product business review with Product Management leadership that will set the course for product and packaging optimization. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded and resourceful top performer who understands how to drive initiatives across the finish line in a timely and professional manner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Create and conduct a monthly product business review for Product Management teams
• Develop framework for measuring success of price realization of new products and promotions, including cannibalization analysis
• Support business case creation for new products, packaging changes and product end-of-life
• Develop custom quantitative analyses, models and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making
• Automate and consolidate product reporting 
• Project impact of product changes, individual promotions and rebate programs on revenue

What Skills and Experience Do You Need?

• Minimum of 7 years experience in strategic management consulting, product analytics, or other quantitative analysis
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to present results of complex analyses clearly and to interface with cross-functional teams at all levels of seniority
• Solid business sense; understanding of business practices and effective business processes
• Some experience in data analytics roles, particularly in transforming data into business insights and recommendations using analytical tools
• Proven experience with data visualization tools, e.g. Tableau
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong critical reasoning skills, including an understanding of common pitfalls of data analysis
• A proven track record of initiating and delivering actionable analyses / recommendations in order to drive business impact
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization
• Strong documentation skills

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate.  For some

locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range$102,000—$140,000 U
