About the Role
The DPC Lead – Design is responsible for assisting the DPC team with all aspects of the DPC creation strategy, process, and DPC Design Training support. The DPC Lead – Design should possess a technological vision with genuine interest in digital innovation - staying up to date with new releases and advances in 3D technology. They should have proficient knowledge of 3D Apparel Software- CLO (strongly preferred) or Browzwear and are required to have experience with Adobe’s Creative Suite & Microsoft Suite. The DPC Lead – Design should also have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of design sketching, garment construction, fabric, & materials. Prior experience as an Apparel Designer is preferred.What You'll Do
Support the development of CLO & CLO-SET training sessions for Design teams, identify areas of training improvement for further upskilling
Support in building a strong CLO & CLO SET training curriculum that is user focused and based on workflows
Help develop a strong DPC onboarding experience that allows for high user system adoption & 3D skill levels across Design teams
Streamline and recommend efficiencies in our digital workflows as they arise in Design
Help identify new ways or working to improve our P2M calendar
Support in Change Management approach & strategy + overall communication of DPC program
Help lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) to help develop new ways of working, processes, and system enhancements
Support in the creation of digital assets, system troubleshooting, & technical support for Design, Tech Design, & Merchandising for seasonal deliverables
Collaborate with brand & cross brand peers to define and articulate the DPC strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
Support in managing Vendor relationships, Digital Quality Standards, and future process improvement in partnership with GIS DPC team
Actively participate in cross brand, internal team, & 3rd party solution meetings
Test system beta upgrades for DPC tools to ensure up to date functionality
·Organize & update digital libraries as they continue to evolve and improve over time
Who You Are
Experience in CLO or Browzwear. CLO strongly preferred
Experience as an apparel designer at medium to large company preferred
Strong understanding of the apparel product development process end to end
Experience in the creation & delivery of training of a system, platform, or process (preferably a 3D system) preferred
Work cross functionally with many different teams
Ability to influence within an organization
Strong presentation skills
Extremely organized with experience in project management & documentation
High eagerness to learn new technology & creating new ways of working via technology
Demonstrate agility in switching from project to project with high ambiguity, and able to reprioritize deliverables as needed
Be a problem-solver and solution-driven
Excellent verbal and written ability; Adept at presenting information and storytelling
Ability to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend solutions
