We are currently looking for a sustainability intern in a global role and reporting in to our Princeton, NJ site.
Internships begin the first week of June through the third week of August.
Our standard working hours are Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Working with the onsite GREW Sustainability Director, this role will support the GREW sustainability program by implementing programs such as the Green Guide toolkit, the monthly GreenLab challenge, and building performance reporting.

Your key responsibilities
- Support completion of the WM Green Guide checklist (Plainsboro)
- Attend sustainability network meetings and follow up on action items (Global)
- Prepare quarterly newsletter and content for the sustainability communications program (sharepoint / digital signage)
- Coordinate the Green Lab challenge project rollout according to the communication plan and develop a evaluate program performance (Pilot program - Americas)
- Support tracking the sustainability KPI and creating dashboard performance reports for leadership (Global)

You bring
- Currently working on completion of degree in environmental science, engineering or similar degree. Two full years of study prior to the start of the are preferred .
- Understanding of ESG and CSR reporting preferred
- Must be a self starter and able to work independently
- Candidates must be available to work full-time (37.5/40 hour per week) for 12 weeks beginning on June 5, 2024 – August 18, 2024.
