We are currently seeking a Field Tech Specialist to join our team in Arlington (REMOTE), Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Job Summary: 

The Account Specialist manages Account Management within Service Operations under the Service Delivery Line of Business, processing all move, add, change, delete (MACD) requests for service and privileged accounts to ensure secure and efficient access to IT services. With proficiency in account management processes and expertise in handling MACD requests, this role maintains data integrity and supports timely resolutions, minimizing disruptions and enhancing user productivity. Strong attention to detail and knowledge of privileged account management enable accurate processing and compliance with security protocols, while excellent customer service skills foster positive interactions and proactive support. by collaborating with the Service Desk and other teams, the Account Specialist contributes to seamless IT operations, reduces manual interventions through automation, and aligns with performance requirements for resolving incidents and requests across Tier 1 to Tier 3 support.   

 

Job Duties: 

• Proficiency in account management processes • Expertise in handling MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete) requests • Strong attention to detail • Knowledge of privileged account management • Customer service skills   Basic Qualifications:  - Minimum 4 years experience performing deskside technical and/or account management support roles or responsibilities - Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance   Preferred Qualifications:  - Bachelor's degree     Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $61,668 - $128,476. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
