This position serves an Imaging & Data Entry Analyst I for the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT), supporting the Illinois Department of Revenue (DoR) providing a full range of information technology (IT) applications services. In this role you will confer with users to determine needed changes and enhancements and perform comprehensive studies and analyses of client needs and objectives. In addition, you will serve as a project coordinator for standard projects including small and medium size hardware and software deployments and installations This position also coordinates and assists higher level analysts with scheduled and remedial maintenance to application services.
