Responsibilities

Functions under the direct supervision and guidance of a Registered Nurse to carry out the nursing process which includes assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patients and para-professionals in a home setting. Ensures quality and safe delivery of nursing services.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

One to two years recent clinical experience. Home Care/Private Duty experience preferred.

Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing.

Current license as a professional nurse.

Current BLS required.

Current driver's license, car insurance, car registration, and reliable automobile required.
