The founders at Haven started with uncertainties, launching their first bag in 2020 amid the challenges of Covid. Despite some delays, it was a success. The second product, currently in presale, is much bigger than the first. Right now, they're taking orders and preparing for a significant shipment, and soon things will be running even more smoothly.

As a Senior Logistics Coordinator, your main goal is to assist the company in organising and planning various aspects of their products, such as development, purchasing, shipping, inventory management, and growth planning.

In this role, you will:

✅ Take on responsibilities to lighten the workload.

✅ Bring a level of expertise and efficiency to the department, ensuring a smooth operation.

Key responsibilities:

🧾 Collaborating with Haven to create a purchase plan for products, cross-checking it with sales rates and available finances.

📦 Placing orders with the factory.

📑 Managing processes with the factory for product updates, ensuring proper tracking, and sending images/videos or samples when needed.

💼 Coordinating with factories, freight forwarding, and 3PL to track shipments and provide timely information to the team for product drops, launches, etc.

📊 Enjoying facilitating communication among various stakeholders and adapting to challenges in the industry.

🗓️ Understanding the details of packaging, palletizing, shipment sizes, and working to optimize orders for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

🧾 Handling details like ASNs, GTINs, UPCs, and managing intricate product information.

📦 Assisting in setting up systems and processes, offering insights and improving our product logistics system.

Working Hours ⏰: Full-time with some overlap with PST hours.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅ 3–5 years of experience as Logistics Coordinator.

✅ Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, Google Docs, Notion, ShipHero (or any other order fulfilment software).

✅ Knowledge of the entire product supply chain, including financial analysis.

✅ Strong attention to detail in communication and project management.

Brownie points for experience with Shopify and banking systems.
