The Operations Excellence Programs team is seeking a high-energy, innovative, analytical, and action-oriented individual to drive process improvement initiatives and programs across the Go-To-Market organization. We are looking for proven experience working with revenue-focused teams including Sales, Partners, Marketing, Demand Generation, and the operational teams that support these functions. 

You have strong business analyst skills, earn trust through performance and relationship building, and are able to influence employees at all levels of the organization. You must enjoy the challenge of solving complex cross-functional problems, and driving continuous progress, not perfection. Your goal will be to identify pain points, determine creative solutions, prioritize work according to value, clearly articulate progress towards the goal, and scale programs globally. 

You will report to our Manager of Operations Excellence Programs located in our Bellevue, WA office. 

You Will:

  • Gather and document detailed business requirements, including high-level technical specifications
  • Facilitate alignment between business and technical teams, ensuring that proposed solutions deliver tangible business value
  • Learn business processes, understand high-level technical processes, & use this knowledge to strategize improvements related to lead-to-quote and quote-to-cash
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, creating and maintaining a shared roadmap of initiatives. Prioritize the backlog based on business value, leveraging tools like JIRA for backlog management and tracking.
  • Drive initiatives for process automation, improvement, and standardization with the goal of enhancing the customer experience. Utilize process automation tools such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and BPM (Business Process Management) systems.
  • Reduce workload, volume, time, cost, and effort through continuous process improvement. Employ techniques such as root cause analysis and workflow optimization.
  • Lead stakeholders through change by leveraging personal experience and industry knowledge to implement scalable solutions
  • Define business metrics and KPIs to track progress and improve operational efficiency. Create reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Salesforce Analytics to provide insights and inform business decisions
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data to inform business decisions and prioritize work. Use statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to identify patterns and understand complex ideas at a glance.

You Have:

  •  Candidates must have 5+ years of relevant professional experience in SAAS sales operations, marketing operations, and/or partner operations required.
  • Candidate must have 5+ years using Salesforce CRM as an end-user and/or supporting team member
  • Candidates must have 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience required.
  • Applied experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe) for delivering value focused features and functionality
  • Applied experience using Lean & Six Sigma principles in a software environment 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience
