The Role

The Lead Project Manager will play a critical role in driving our “Grow” strategic initiatives across the Acceleration and Growth Teams (AGT), with a clear focus on enhancing top-line performance. This role is accountable for enabling scalable, high-impact programs that accelerate net-new revenue generation across all AGT segments. Through disciplined planning, execution, and oversight of transformational initiatives, the Lead Project Manager will ensure delivery excellence, optimize resource allocation, and maintain alignment with financial and strategic objectives

The Main Responsibilities

Strategic Execution:

• Support prioritization efforts to ensure AGT initiatives align with company-wide strategic goals, working closely with the Sr. Director of the Transformation Office.
• Translate high-level strategic plans into actionable project roadmaps that balance financial, resource, and business priorities.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to build alignment around key objectives and drive execution of strategic initiatives.

Operational Excellence:

• Implement and manage processes that promote continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
• Lead the design and delivery of scalable programs that accelerate growth across all AGT segments.

Change & Transformation Support:

• Coordinate communication and change management efforts to ensure stakeholder engagement and alignment throughout transformation initiatives.
• Represent AGT project interests in broader corporate programs, providing structured updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5+ years of related experience
• Implementation experience with multiple of the following technologies: DWDM, Transport/Waves, MPLS, Managed Services, Voice (PRI, SIP, Porting, etc.), Security, SD WAN, Managed Enterprise Services, Meraki.

Preferred:

• Implementation experience with more than one of the following technologies: DWDM, Transport/Waves, MPLS, Managed Services, Voice (PRI, SIP, Porting, etc.), Security, SD WAN, Managed Enterprise Services, Meraki, etc. 
• Experience leading multiple complex projects in the technology industry
• Project Management Professional or PRINCE2 Certification
• 6+ years in project management experience

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$82,969 - $110,625 in these states: AL  AR  AZ  FL  GA  IA  ID  IN  KS  KY  LA  ME  MO  MS  MT  ND  NE  NM  OH  OK  PA  SC  SD  TN  UT  VT  WI  WV  WY 
$87,117 - $116,156 in these states: CO  HI  MI  MN  NC  NH  NV  OR  RI 
$91,266 - $121,688 in these states: AK  CA  CT  DC  DE  IL  MA  MD  NJ  NY  TX  VA  WA
