Your Mission
You will be part of Activision Blizzard and King’s Way2Play (Ethics and Compliance) team, working in a collaborative and exciting environment where your ideas will be every bit as valued as your expertise. As an Ethics & Compliance Operations Sr. Director, you will report to the Workplace Integrity & EEO Vice President and work along with teams across Human Resources, Employee Relations, and Legal. This candidate should have a deep understanding of how to establish, maintain, and monitor robust processes and operating rhythms for an investigations team. Beyond the investigations team, you will partner closely with the Ethics and Compliance Learning & Development team and data and reporting efforts. Ultimately, you have strong communication and collaborative skills, and you inspire, motivate and champion change across multiple teams.

This leadership role has direct oversight and establishes strategy for multiple teams and scopes of work to include investigations intake, Navigator support, Ethics & Compliance Operations and Program Management, and Ethics & Compliance data initiatives
Leads as a subject matter expert liaison between the investigations team and stakeholders in HR, ER, Legal and throughout the business
Establishes, maintains and monitors robust processes, operating rhythms, and develops guidelines for the investigations team
Oversee the entire lifecycle of an investigation from investigations intake, investigation support, and post investigation alignment and follow-up
Delivers on investigation team goals quickly and effectively
Works cross-functionally and developing relationships across the organization
Identifies and evaluates issues, providing strategy for resolution
Responds to consulting inquiries and overseeing monitoring responsibilities for Way2Play investigation matters
Partners closely with the Ethics and Compliance Learning & Development team as well as data and reporting efforts

Qualifications/Training/Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience (may include experience in program or project management, ethics and compliance, legal, internal monitoring, communications, or finance)
Experience managing and developing direct reports and teams
Experience scaling process and leading teams to do the same
Deep expertise with investigations processes, procedures, and operating rhythms
Outstanding judgment and discretion while handling critical information and maintaining high level of confidentiality
Demonstrated experience navigating complex change initiatives
Comfort with high levels of ambiguity and uncertainty
Experience managing programs or projects with various executive partners
Strong project management, analytical and organizational skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
Strong situational awareness and adaptability to achieve desired outcomes
Ability to collaboratively work with a wide range of individuals, including stakeholders in legal and HR
Ability to balance multiple time critical priorities in deadline driven environment
Steadfast integrity and strong commitment to inclusive leadership and high standards of business conduct
Intellectual curiosity and commitment to learning
Proficient with MS Office Suite (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Ability to travel up to 20%
