Overview
E2 is hiring a Project Specialist III who will be responsible for user liaison, system specifications, systems design, analysis, and project control, interact with Analysts and Programmers through implementation phases and occasionally assist in programming effort, provide key link between ultimate user and computing resource. The Project Specialist III plans, organizes, coordinates, promotes, facilitates and executes all events sponsored by the Vice President's Office, coordinates and effectively oversees multiple assignments; prioritizes and meets deadlines set by managers; anticipates the needs of each event/project and completes event/project on schedule as assigned, as well as coordinates and participates in the planning of campus-wide events held on campus and other locations in the community, coordinates with vendors, campus community, and key stakeholders regarding all logistical needs for events, and trains, assigns duties and provides lead oversight for special projects under the direction of the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition and COO. The Project Specialist III will also performs administrative and technical support responsibilities for the Vice President's Office encompassing full range of complex, specialized, sensitive and highly confidential responsibilities, prepare reports, memorandum and correspondence; and files confidential documentation, lead and oversees training to temporary staff and student assistants.
This is a Hybrid role, in-office Wednesday and Thursday.
Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload
- The Project Specialist will provide support for project management and coordination of the onboarding of capital programs into a system of record.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings.
- Manage and maintain logs.
- Engage with end-users to provide support.
- Capture and document meeting notes.
- Organize and update training materials.
- Liaise with other support organizations to manage and prioritize requests.
- Support the implementation of the roadmap.
Qualifications
Required Skills / Attributes
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience.
- Three (3) or more years of experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with project management tools and systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills

Wage Data Per State Requirements
The salary range for this position is $67,242.24 - $84,052.80. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
