Are you passionate about applying technology and data analytics methodologies to solve business problems? Do you want to oversee and develop analytic products throughout its product cycle? Are you enthusiastic about closely collaborating with multifunctional business partners and data & analytics team, understanding business need and help Personal Health Care (PHC) to build analytical products across top edge visualization capabilities, applying data science skills to enable machine learning and algorithms and automate key insights from mountains of data?

As an Analytic Product Manager, you will work across the PHC organization on variety of products developments in the space of analytic visualization, automation and machine learning. With a combination of analytical expertise, data and technology knowledge and business insight, you’ll answer critical business questions and opportunities, and deliver capabilities to the business in ways that make significant impacts to PHC growth and productivity.

You will be managing and developing analytical products program by:

  • Understanding the business cases, define and align with the stakeholders the Product Vision

  • Define, track, and improve the Value KPIs for your Products.

  • Prioritize product features and capabilities according to the business priorities by having and grooming a product backlog.

  • Build the product roadmap working with your stakeholders and the Product Team and define the Personas for products.

  • Build analytic capabilities to grow your organization’s knowledge.

  • Apply hands-on skills to design / develop KPI dashboards, automate insights creation and AI/Machine learning to identify business opportunities and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams (Consumer Research, Finance, Marketing, IT, Sales)

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems, Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems, Software Development, or related field.

  • Experience using analytics techniques (AI/Machine Learning, Econometrics, Operations Research, Statistics, Root Cause Diagnostics) and analytics to tackle defined business problems.

  • Data management and visualization skills / tools (SQL, Azure Databricks, Power BI or similar) and understanding of best data visualization practices with attention to UI/UX design.

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to teammates and non-technical colleagues.

  • Familiarity with essential concepts such as: Cloud (Azure preferred), CICD, DevOps, Agile, modern software engineering practices.

  • Programming languages (Python, R, C+ or Java)

  • Knowledgeable about Scrum, Product Management and DevOps Foundations

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, with strong communication skills.

  • Capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse functions and geographical location.
