Intezra, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer (AI Systems & Infrastructure) to join our high-performing full-stack LLM integration and delivery team. In this role, you’ll help architect and build the platforms and infrastructure that support scalable AI-powered applications—delivering cutting-edge tools that bring real-time intelligence and automation into user workflows.

This position blends deep systems engineering expertise with hands-on software development and cloud-native operations. You’ll lead initiatives that enable high performance, reliability, and rapid iteration across a range of AI workloads and deployment environments.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and lead development of AI systems infrastructure to support LLM-based applications at enterprise scale.

• Build and maintain high-performance, scalable back-end services and deployment pipelines for AI workloads.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn user requirements into reliable technical solutions.

• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, safe, and frequent releases.

• Implement observability frameworks (monitoring, alerting, logging) to ensure infrastructure resilience.

• Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning for AI systems.

• Lead incident response and root cause analysis for production systems.

• Mentor team members and foster a culture of high-quality, scalable engineering.

• Continuously identify and implement improvements to infrastructure, reliability, and development velocity.

Skills Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on backend systems, infrastructure, and scalability.

• Strong programming experience in Python, Go, or Java.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for service containerization and orchestration.

• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Puppet).

• Skilled in observability and monitoring platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex distributed systems.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong product-oriented mindset with experience building user-impactful systems.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning infrastructure.

• Knowledge of MLOps, model serving, and AI workload optimization.

• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and feature flag systems.

• Experience with streaming data platforms such as Apache Kafka or Flink.

• Background in microservices and distributed systems architecture.

• Contributions to open-source projects.

• Understanding of security and compliance best practices.

• Familiarity with chaos engineering principles and reliability testing.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 12+ years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (4 additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree).
