Job Title: Financial Coordinator
Location: Rahway, NJ - Hybrid
Type: Contract

Description:
We currently have a contract opportunity for a Financial Coordinator contractor to lend specific subject matter knowledge around managing financial processes.
•    Manage financial processes using specialized tools such as SAP, Ariba, Fieldglass, Apptio, and Operational Central.
•    Oversee vendor management, ensuring accurate coding and effective communication with vendors as needed.
•    Record accruals accurately using Accrual SharePoint to track expenses and liabilities.
•    Process journal vouchers efficiently through JV SharePoint to ensure precise financial transaction management.
•    Drive efficiency by implementing best practices in financial processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement among peers.

Qualifications
•    Proficiency in SAP for managing financial transactions, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.
•    Experience with Ariba for procurement and supply chain management, including purchase order creation and supplier relationship management.
•    Knowledge of Fieldglass for vendor management, particularly in tracking purchase orders for contingent workforce and services procurement.
•    Familiarity with Apptio for financial planning, forecasting, and resource management.
•    Strong understanding of financial fundamentals, with the ability to identify and communicate financial risks to stakeholders.
