Senior UX Designer

Your role will be central to our success.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.</li> <li>Work closely with senior management on governance calls. </li> <li>Managing an offshore team to make sure they are on track within the projects. </li> <li>Research and diagnose business challenges and usability issues to uncover actionable insights.</li> <li>Create storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate design concepts.</li> <li>Design both low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.</li> <li>Validate design solutions with end users to ensure alignment with their needs.</li> <li>Design and optimize UI elements and design systems including menus, tabs, navigation, buttons, forms, and widgets.</li> <li>Develop mockups and prototypes that illustrate site format and functionality using UX methodologies.</li> <li>Create original graphic designs and visual flows (e.g. images, sketches, tables).</li> <li>Identify and troubleshoot UX problems such as responsiveness and accessibility.</li> <li>Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and testing.</li> <li>Ensure all designs align with Expleo’s brand guidelines and style standards.</li> <li>Advise stakeholders on UX best practices and design strategy.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Interaction Design, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.</li> <li>Equivalent work experience will also be considered.</li> </ul> <h2>Essential skills</h2> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of UX design process methodologies.</li> <li>Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe CC, Figma, Sketch, or InVision.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.</li> <li>Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.</li> <li>Detail-oriented and customer-focused problem solver.</li> <li>Self-motivated, passionate, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Experience with whiteboarding/brainstorming tools like Miro or MS Whiteboard.</li> <li>Ideally, knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0/2.1).</li> </ul> <h2>Experience</h2> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in UX Design.</li> <li>Proven experience taking research, wireframes, and UI components from concept to developer handover.
