Description:
The Manalapan-Englishtown Regional School District, an award-winning, Central Monmouth, K-8 school district with a tradition of excellence in education, is seeking a Full Time Teacher - Resource Room/ICR position split between Pine Brook School (FTE= 0.74) and the Manalapan Englishtown Middle School (FTE=0.26) with the following qualifications:

 Qualifications:

• Must hold proper NJ Certification
  • 2470 - Teacher of the Handicapped or
  • 2475 - Teacher of Students w/Disabilities Certification, and 1000 - Teacher of Elementary School N-8 certification or
  • 2475 - Teacher of Students w/Disabilities Certification, and 1102 - Teacher of Elementary School with Special Matter Specialization: Mathematics in Grades 5-8 or
  • 2475 - Teacher of Students w/Disabilities Certification, and 1900 - Teacher of Mathematics
• Experience working with students with disabilities
• Experience writing IEPs
• Able to adapt instruction to different learning needs and levels
• Experience using data to monitor student progress and behavior

 Terms of Employment:

• 10 Months
• Full-Time Position
• Tenure Track
• Compensation for travel between locations
• Minimum Salary Range - $63,100 - $69,750 pending MEEA negotiations
  • Contract terms, salary, and benefits as established by the MEEA Collective Bargaining Agreement
