We're on the hunt for a dynamic, driven, and downright passionate individual to carve out a legacy as our next Director of Snow Sports & Head Men's and Women's Alpine Coach!
This is a full-time, 10-month position. A typical season is August 15th - June 15th.
Typical salary range: $48,000 - $60,000 based on qualifications, plus a 10% employer retirement contribution.

- Proven experience in coaching alpine skiing at the collegiate level or equivalent.
- A deep understanding of NCAA and USCSA regulations and a commitment to compliance.

- A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute successful recruitment and training plans.

- Recruit and mentor talented student-athletes, fostering their athletic prowess, academic success, and personal growth.
- Develop and implement cutting-edge training programs, pushing the boundaries of performance and cultivating a winning mentality.
- Manage all aspects of the alpine programs, including budgeting, scheduling, and travel logistics, with precision and flair.
- Collaborate with university stakeholders and the local community, building strong relationships and promoting the spirit of snow sports.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Three (3) years of applicable coaching snow sports experience
- Must possess a USSA Level 100 License or equivalent
- Familiarity with NCAA/USCAA philosophy, standards, rules, and procedures
- Ability to travel extensively
- CPR/First Aid certified on hire date or within thirty (30)
