Job Summary:
The HR Business Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing our HR operations through meticulous data audits, supporting compliance reporting, and providing HR metrics support. They will be instrumental in M&A and RIF support and will conduct thorough process analysis to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data.
- Support the creation and maintenance of compliance reports, adhering to legal and company standards.
- Assist in the development and analysis of HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide support during mergers, acquisitions, and reduction in force (RIF) initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with regulations.
- Analyze HR processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions for enhanced performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR projects and initiatives.
- Additional responsibilities may include HRIS system maintenance, employee data management, and supporting HR technology implementations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR analytical role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and PowerBI.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation with proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Strong process improvement skills and a track record of implementing successful enhancements.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in data visualization and creating informative HR dashboards.
- Familiarity with HR compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

This role requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The HR Business Analyst must be adaptable, responsive, and committed to continuous learning and development.
