Here's what you will do:
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES/ PROJECTS YOU WILL WORK ON
Main responsibility
Shape a solid strategy to reintroduce our B2B Loyalty Brand in one particular country, incorporating engaging campaigns to delight our B2B customers. Ensure the plan is adaptable to countries across various regions worldwide, such as Africa, Asia, the Americas, and Europe.
Other projects you will work on
- Host Global Loyalty Community Calls (1x per month, +/- 15 markets); enabling and engaging an international community to embed cross country sharing and adoption of best practices and fostering a culture of collaboration
- Support in shaping a Deployment Toolkit for our Global Loyalty Programs; a document to enable the Global eBusiness Team to (re)launch high quality Loyalty Programs in our markets
- Support with optimizing the Global Loyalty Program by analysing the results and accordingly initiate and drive experimentation.

You will become part of the Global B2B Loyalty Team, which sits in the eBusiness Department of HEINEKEN in Amsterdam.

Together we are shaping an exciting new future and designed a portfolio of solutions and services in a customer centric way to meet the needs and solve the pain points of our customers. The terms of employment
- Your starting date is 1 February 2024
- The internship is fulltime
- The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
- It is a practice-oriented internship
- You will be based in Amsterdam
- You choose: combine working from home and from the office in Amsterdam (2-3 days) or full time at the office
- You will receive an internship fee of €500 gross pm based on 40 hours per week
- You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
- If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed
