What You’ll Do:
- Complete service requests and repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance)
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
- Maintain community buildings, amenities, and grounds
- Respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed
- Manage tools, supplies, and equipment inventory
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
- HVAC experience; EPA certification (Type II or Universal) a plus
- Ability to handle after-hours calls
- Basic tools and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
