Talent Acquisition Generalist

What you'll be doing…

A really exciting opportunity to join our busy Talent Acquisition team, you’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to help source and deliver specific roles across the business.

The role of a Talent Acquisition Generalist is split broadly into 2 parts:

Proactive sourcing and pipelining

You will be proactively sourcing the best candidates for various roles across the Future business. Sourcing across all available channels which include LinkedIn, Specific job boards, and Social media.

Talent Acquisition Coordination

Working across the end-to-end and contributing processes ensuring all relevant tasks are taken care of at a high level and with complete accuracy and attention to detail.

You will get extensive on-the-job training and over time will learn how to:

• Accurately source suitable candidates.
• Be an expert with negotiations around offers, counter offers & expectations.
• Provide a best-in-class candidate and manager recruitment experience.

Please note, the salary range for this position is $58,500-$65,000 per annum
