Position:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Database Editor to join our team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality and accuracy of our database, by being responsible for editing, verifying, and updating various types of data to ensure it meets our high standards. In this position, you will be working directly with the catalog and backend teams, ensuring that requests are met in a timely manner both internally and externally.
What you will do:
Edit and proofread data entries to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards;Perform data cleansing and validation tasks to identify and correct errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies in the database;Work closely with the backend team and database administrators to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues;Investigate unclear, specific case by case issues with the database and find solutions for them;Develop and maintain data entry guidelines and documentation for team members;Assist in the implementation of data quality improvement initiatives;Generate reports and provide insights on database quality and performance.
Requirements:Fluency in English;Self-driven and proactive nature;Problem solving skills;Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills;Strong communication and teamwork skills;Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite is a plus.WHAT WE OFFER:
