Job Description

HII Mission Technologies Division is seeking a Multimedia Center Operator in support of a large Operations and Maintenance Contract within Mission Technologies. Positions will be based at global Army training site in Fort Johnson, LA. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Multimedia Center Operators handle the creation, revision, and implementation of audio-visual and multimedia content for exercise support and TADSS instructional components, facilitating effective training delivery.
  • The role requires regular updates and management of multimedia materials to align with current maintainer and operator curriculum, reflecting the latest equipment specifications.
  • Additionally, the operator will develop multimedia instructional content to support TSC operations, emphasizing proper TES and MILES procedures. In the context of MC training, the role extends to installing, administering, operating, and troubleshooting multimedia systems integrated with TADSS at both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
  • Further integration responsibilities include the development of LVC-G compatible tools and multimedia content that support ISR capabilities, enhancing overall training efficacy.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in creating, revising, and implementing audio-visual and multimedia content for training purposes 
  • Knowledge of equipment specifications and ability to align multimedia materials with current curriculum 
  • Ability to develop multimedia instructional content to support TSC operations 
  • Experience in installing, administering, operating, and troubleshooting multimedia systems integrated with TADSS at both CONUS and OCONUS locations 
  • Experience in developing LVC-G compatible tools and multimedia content to support ISR capabilities
  • Minimum of 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; minimum of 13 years relevant experience with a Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or 19 years relevant experience with high school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Requirements

  • US Army Battalion level or higher staff experience;
  • US Army Training Aids, Devices, Simulator, Simulations experience;
  • Operations management experience;
  • BS/BA from a US accredited institution;
  • US Army Command & General Staff College graduate;
  • Sergeants Major Academy graduate

Physical Requirements

May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
