Job Description

As a Data and Reporting Manager, you will build and run the performance management and reporting capabilities of the Credit Risk department (for both internal and external reporting purposes). The role will range from owning our own data strategy, as well as enhancing our reporting capabilities across the board.

You will contribute to Credit Risk, by ensuring adherence to internal reporting requirements across jurisdictions and deliver timely reporting. Alongside this reporting element is the critical responsibility of data ownership. You will ensure relevant data from across the organization is captured, stored, analyzed, and maintained in a systematic, compliant, transparent, and streamlined fashion. You will have a key role in propelling the Nets data analytics capability forwards through your passion and data driven approach.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Establish state-of-the-art risk metrics and data analytics approach for Nets/ Nexi group purposes

Develop and improve metrics and dashboards measuring our own operational performance (e.g., queue and workflow management), the performance of our tooling as well as management reporting

Structure and manage projects by applying your project management skills

Working with technology teams, implement central data pools (data warehouse mgmt.) and establish data feeds from various sources into defined reports (internal and external)

Produce and deliver Management Information Reporting to Executive Management and other relevant governance bodies

Qualifications

Excellent data management and programming skills – i.e., Python and SAP data analytics know-how and capability to define data requests / SQLs

Strong reporting experience on BI, Excel, etc. and ability to identify and deploy reporting automation

Proven project management, problem solving and solution delivery track-record

Experience with managing multiple data sets to create reports for senior management

Data management skills/ qualifications in areas such as data analysis, account and file management, managing database software, database planning and design and/or business intelligence

Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
