Signal Tru Brand is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Events Assistant will support the planning and execution of client events, ensuring smooth operations, timely coordination, and a high standard of service. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work in a team, and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating events from start to finish

• Manage event logistics including venue arrangements, vendor coordination, and equipment setup

• Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams

• Monitor event timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule

• Support on-site event execution and resolve any operational issues

• Maintain accurate event documentation and reports

• Ensure brand consistency across all event materials and interactions

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

• 1+ years of experience in event coordination or a similar role

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines

• Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings for events
