THE JOB:
 

Bellagio is looking for a Quick Service Restaurant Assistant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our high-volume, fast-paced dining outlets. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a guest-facing environment, ensuring a smooth and efficient service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, quality, and compliance. The ideal candidate is someone who can effectively manage a large team in a union environment, is proficient in inventory control, ordering, and labor management, and knows how to engage both employees and guests to create a positive dining experience.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Supervise and support daily operations, ensuring efficiency in service, cleanliness, and food quality.

• Actively engage with guests, greeting and ensuring a high standard of service.

• Lead and mentor employees, setting expectations, resolving issues, and enforcing policies.

• Manage ordering, inventory, and supply chain logistics for food, paper goods, and other restaurant essentials.

• Work closely with the culinary team to coordinate menu execution, seasonal offerings, and special event requests.

• Oversee cash handling, reporting, and reconciliation of registers, ensuring accuracy and security.

• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation compliance, ensuring SNHD regulations are consistently followed.

• Support employee engagement and training initiatives, fostering a team-oriented culture.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience and service experience in a similar dining environment.

• Experience leading a team in a quick service outlet or fast food operation.​

• Experience leading a team in a union environment.
