We are seeking an Accounts Receivables Specialist for a Full-Time position in our Business Office in Orange County, CA.
The Accounts Receivables Specialist will support the accounting division. This role is responsible for data entry, preparation of deposits, collection of transactions, support, and reconciliation of all receivables.
This position requires strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will take the initiative to assist in the preparation of various supporting documents to submit financial reports in a timely manner.
Compensation: $25-$28/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconciling Parts and Service Cash Clearing, and ensuring collection of all outstanding items
- Receipting Sales monies.
- Reconciling the Extended Warranty schedule and ensuring collection of all outstanding items
- Sending AR Statements and ensuring collection of all outstanding items
- Updating our Axcessa system with notes on collection efforts
- Prints all accounts receivables reports and maintains all accounts receivables files.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Automotive AR Experience Preferred
- 2+ Years AR experience required
- Strong Time Management skills
- Must be able to prioritize effectively
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- Must work at a fast pace
- Exceptional communication skills
- Must be a self-starter who can organize and fix any potential problems as needed
- Strong organizational skills
