Remote-based employees will be expected to travel on occasion for meetings, strategy sessions, and team building events. Job Summary
Rouse is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager, Listings to spearhead the evolution and expansion of our listings and e-commerce platforms. This role is at the intersection of market intelligence and actionable e-commerce solutions within the commercial equipment industry. Our platforms serve a diverse clientele, from owners of large equipment fleets to dealers and rental services, providing them critical insights and facilitating key decisions on asset management and sales. In this role, you will be pivotal in advancing RichieList, our comprehensive marketplace where all webshops converge. This position focuses on empowering our clients to proficiently list, manage, and sell their assets on our cutting-edge platforms, moving beyond conventional auction frameworks. Your responsibilities will include leveraging strategic insight and practical e-commerce expertise to craft a unified, intuitive user experience for asset sales within this expansive marketplace.
What You'll Do:
Develop and manage the comprehensive product roadmap for Rouse's Listings and e-commerce platforms, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and user needs.
Lead the integration of Rouse's webshop product with RitchieList, creating more opportunity for equipment owners to sell their assets directly.
Act as a primary liaison between sales, marketing, engineering, and executive teams to translate market opportunities into robust product enhancements and features.
Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, driving product decisions that enhance user satisfaction and platform performance.
Stay ahead of B2B, e-commerce, and technology trends, incorporating innovative solutions to improve the site and mobile experiences.
Oversee the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring the delivery of detailed specifications, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve development challenges and ensure a cohesive product strategy across Rouse and RB Global platforms.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders about product updates, releases, and strategic direction, fostering an environment of transparency and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field, with a strong foundation in e-commerce and digital product management.
Minimum of 4 years in product management, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful e-commerce or listings platforms.
In-depth experience with web app development for both desktop and mobile environments, including a solid understanding of SEO and Google Analytics for e-commerce.
Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy, development, and market positioning, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams, driving initiatives, and engaging with clients and executives.
Proficient in sketching designs and collaborating with designers to bring product visions to life, with a keen eye for usability and user experience.
Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and track key performance indicators.
Team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
